When a major Live Nation venue project fell significantly behind schedule, the opening date remained fixed and could not be postponed. With three months of consecutive sold-out performances already booked, the project faced an immovable deadline that many believed could not be met.
Kizyma Electric was brought in to help recover the schedule and deliver the project on time.
Over a five-week period, our team dedicated more than 11,000 man-hours, working around the clock in multiple shifts to complete an extraordinary amount of work under intense time constraints. As milestones were achieved and progress accelerated, additional scope and challenges continued to emerge, further increasing the demands on the project team.
Despite the obstacles, Kizyma Electric successfully delivered the project in time for opening night.
The pace of progress became so remarkable that Live Nation created a time-lapse video to better understand how Kizyma Electric was recovering the schedule. Through the deployment of three shifts and a carefully coordinated overnight work strategy, our team achieved a level of productivity that dramatically accelerated the project. As progress increased, additional scope was continually reassigned to Kizyma Electric and other trades were eventually moved to night shifts to support the recovery effort.
